You will be able to move into your home once occupation certificates are received. Estimated date for Transfer – Mid 2025.

The Occupation for Phase 1 would be May 2025
When do you anticipate construction to be complete?
The entire Project will be completed in April 2026, Phase 1 will be completed by March 2025

How much is Bond & Transfer Costs
Bond & Transfer costs are included in the purchase price. This means you will be saving between R50 000 & R65 000 – which you would have to pay if you buy anywhere else.
Am I able to erect fencing around my property?
You can, however the type of fence/wall would need to be approved by the HOA, and the ERF would need to be properly measured out by a land surveyor.
What add-ons will I be able to add to my property?
After Registration you may carry out whichever you like within your stand, but any changes would first need to be approved by the HOA
Where can my guests park?
Guests can park in front of your property. Unfortunately, no additional guest parking is available.
What security measures are in place for the protection of residents?
Residents will have strong perimeter fencing, access control and a manned gatehouse to enter and exit the premises.
What fire protection systems are in place?
The houses is fully compliant with the local fire safety requirements. All SANS fire requirements are in place, including hose reels, hydrant points across the site, ventilation, and fire doors.
Are pets allowed?
Pets will be allowed if you add fencing around your property.
Will I be allowed to rent out my property?
Yes, owners may elect their own estate agents to manage the rental of their property.
Can I use my own architect for amendments to my property?
Yes, once you have taken transfer you can change the internal of the apartment only, but with the consent of the Home Owner’s Association.
How do I get internet connection, telephone connection and satellite?
An approved service provider will be appointed to provide a fixed-line fibre service to the development. All houses are already wired for fibre .
Will there be back-up power?
Unfortunately no back-up power will be available. Each owner can however install their own solar or invertor system.
Will the building have a NHBRC certificate?
Yes, the building will have a NHBRC certificate.
What is the residential building’s warranty?
The construction guarantee is based on the JBCC standard, which is 5 years from date of practical completion for structural issues and one year for plumbing and electrical issues.
